b) Information you voluntarily provide to us: If you contact us by email, some personal data, such as your name and email address, will be collected for the purpose of communication.

c) When you use Kilonotes, to provide better services for you, we may obtain the following permissions on your device, although you may refuse to turn on these permissions or turn them off in your phone’s settings. Turning off some of the following permissions may affect your use of other features of Kilonotes:

Local storage permission: allowing Kilonotes to access and modify your internal storage for reading and writing notes-related files;

Camera permission: allowing the use of picture-related features;

Photo album permission: allowing the use of picture-related features;

Bluetooth permission: allowing Kilonotes to access files in Bluetooth devices(such as Apple pencil);

Microphone access: for the Kilonotes recording function

How do we collect data from you?

In order to record aggregate statistical non-personal data in the app, we use Umeng SDK. The specific information is as follows:

a) Information we collect automatically: these data are used to look at various metrics in order to better understand how the application is used (e.g. number of pages visited, length of use) so that we can make better decisions for future plans such as new products or services (e.g. to add more features to the product).
